Improvements
Tasks
- Task assignment has been updated to allow batch assignment of tasks. This makes assigning and reassigning tasks easier than ever. The Task Management page has been updated with a multi-select checkbox next to each task listing, and an Assign Tasks dropdown next to the quick stats in the Tasks Work Queue. To assign a batch of tasks, check the box for all desired tasks by clicking each one, then use the Assign Tasks dropdown to select the user you want to assign this batch of tasks to. A confirmation pop up will ask you to confirm the action, then all selected tasks will be assigned to the user you chose.
The Task Management page has been upgraded to include a Work Queue feature, which aids in monitoring all tasks effectively. Click on any box to filter tasks based on the chosen status.

Claims
- Two new columns, Referral No. and Pre Auth-No. have been added to the service lines section in Professional and Dental claims. This will allow better logging of preauthorizations and referrals for specific service codes.

Claims Payment Tracking
- A new column called the Check Date column has been added to the payment tracking module. This will allow you to see the date of received payment checks in addition to the check number.

Claims
- Certain date fields have been updated to disallow future dates. This prevents claim rejection due to errors when the payers require certain dates for services, hospitalization, or admissions to be past dates in order to file the claim.
Optimizations
- Various system optimizations have been completed to improve performance.
Bug Fixes
Dental Claims
- Fixed an issue with the printing of ADA forms that caused it to print out of the service lines out of order when compared to claim.
EMR Encounter
- Fixed an issue where capitated fees were not calculated correctly and causing the service charges to not be zero ($0.00) when an encounter was converted to claim.
