Reports
- Added an option to exclude duplicate Payer Payments when generating the Payments by Payers report. This allows Billers to create more accurate reports of payer payments without including duplications, which artificially inflate totals.
Payer Payments
- Updated the following forms: Medicare DME Reconsideration Request, Medicare DME Redetermination Request, and Medicare Part B First Level: Reopening Request. All forms were updated to maintain compatibility with the payer and facilitate the submission of disputes.
Eligibility
- The generic error message in the Eligibility Results has been renamed to offer additional context. It now reads: Error: Please review and try again.
Facility Management
- Added a new code—27, Outreach Site/Street—to the POS Code dropdown list in the Add Facilities window.
