Improvements
ADA Form
Payer Payments We have made improvements to the process of adding claims to payer payments that do not have an open balance, such as Capitated Claims. We have changed the options available in the “Add Claims > Display Claims” dropdown field. Now, users can select between the options “Without Open Balance Paid“, for claims that have a payment, and “Without Open Balance Not Paid“, for claims that do not have a payment.
Bug Fixes
Claims Tracking
- Fixed an issue where certain advanced search fields were not working when used together. This has been resolved and should now function as expected.
Payer Payments Fixed an issue where claims that have all their Service Plan fees configured as Capitated could not be found or added to the payment. This issue has been resolved and now capitated service line claims should be shown appropriately.
