Highlights

  • Claims Payment Tracking has been revamped to improve functionality, to add more search filter capabilities and create better reports when exporting to Excel.
  • Dental Chart has been improved to add more functionality. Now you can sort  the order of the Planned Service lines for Treatment plans by priority.
  • Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.

Improvements

Scheduler

  • Updated the appointment window so that if you fail to input patient information you will get a validation error: MRN is required, and you will be prevented from creating the appointment until you select an MRN or fill out new patient details. This prevents accidental creation of appointments not associated with a patient profile.

Eligibility

  • The Eligibility Verification functionality has been updated to more accurately read and relay error messages received from the payer/insurance. Previously most error messages came back as a generic error, but the updated functionality gives more specific details from the payer.

Claims

  • Claims Options window has been resized to allow a better reader experience and so that you can see all options in the window.

Claims Tracking

  • Column configurations can now be saved while using the Claims Tracking Work Queues. The system will remember the columns configurations when you navigate out and return to a Work Queue.

Claims Payment Tracking

  • The Advanced Search options on the Claims Payment Tracking page has been updated with additional functionality to allow better filtering of claim payment details. This update includes the addition of new fields such as Claim Type, MRN, Patient Name, and more. This update also gives dropdown fields (except MRN and Claim Type) multi-select functionality.

Dental Chart

  • The Planned Services in the Dental Chart has been updated; now when you record the priority for planned procedures and print the dental chart, the procedures will automatically sort based on priority. This allows your patient to more easily follow the treatment plan over time using their printout.

Inventory Management

  • The Inventory Progress page has been updated with a Business Line column. This allows you to see the business line associated with each claim so that you can track issues associated with particular business lines with more ease.

Bug Fixes

Patient Payment

  • Fixed an error which was causing patient copies of the receipt to print stating duplicate receipt. Patient receipts now should print normally with no duplicate marking.

Appointments

  • Fixed an error which caused the alert for Appointment Start Time and End Time to appear before the missing field Validation errors when creating appointments.

Claims Tracking

  • Fixed an error which caused the Claim History Tab to add duplicate entries.
  • Fixed the Synchronization Error notifications during claims transmissions. It has been updated to more accurately read and relay error messages.
