Highlights
- Update to multiple reports and cover sheets to add requested features. This includes the option to add service lines to the claims Cover sheet, and updates to the Appointments by Status report to visualize patient deductible information.
- Improved patient search functionality was added to the Appointment Search module. Now you can make search queries by using the last names and first names at the same time separated by a comma (,).
- Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.
Improvements
Various
- Updated system to show the highlighted row in grids while the user is modifying the configuration. This is applied to various modules including Scheduled Block time, some superbill tabs, dental chart tabs, recall reminders, etc. This will allow users to more easily see which row is selected.

Appointment Search
- Searching for a patient in Appointment Search has been upgraded. You can search for patients by their last names and first names at the same time by separating them by a comma (,). The search also allows you to use partial last name and first name searches, for example: Doe, John can be searched as Do, Jo which allows you to get the best results.
Claims Tracking/Cover Sheet
- When printing a claim cover sheet, the option is now available to include service lines to allow this information to be easily viewed on the front/cover page. This option is not checked by default, you must select it when you print the claim cover sheet.

Payer Payments
- Delta Dental PR dispute forms modification for ICN. Reclamación Número (Claim Number) field has been updated to use ICN instead of claim number.

Reports
- The Appointment by Status report has been updated to add a Plan Deductible column after the Business Line. This will allow deductible codes to be viewed along with other report information. It will show in printable/pdf reports, and when exporting to Excel.

Bug Fixes
Claims
- Fixed and error where the LMP (Last Menstrual Period) of patients did not appear in in claims when created from the Patient Record or the Appointment Book.
- Fixed an issue where Referring Provider was being shown as required/not required incorrectly. Configuration settings for this were not updating, and the settings were being retained from the previous patient’s configuration. This has now been fixed and Referring Provider should accurately show referral requirements for each patient.
EMR Encounters
- Fixed an error where the Auto-Conversion Exception setting was not working properly, and payers set to be excluded were still going through the process. Exceptions should now be fully functional.
Schedule Block Time
- Fixed an issue causing sorting for blocks to not function correctly.
- Fixed an issue causing the end time/date of blocks to display incorrectly.
Super Bill
- Fixed a discrepancy where the system was occasionally inputting ICD9 versions of codes in a Super Bill when autocomplete was turned off. This has been repaired and updated codes and descriptions are now functional.
Eligibility Request
- Resolved an issue where a newly created patient profile would not appear in the grid if there was a validation error during profile creation. New profiles should now appear in the results when you refresh your search.
