Highlights

  • Editing new patient appointments had been added, making scheduling incoming patients easier than ever!
  • MCS dispute form has been updated to the latest version to enable processing disputes for this payer more easily.
  • Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.

Improvements

Appointment

Added the ability to edit New Patient Appointments. Now you can uncheck the New Patient checkbox without automatically losing the patient information entered. If you input another patient MRN, you will receive a warning to prevent accidental loss of new patient information.

Payer Payments

  • Updated the dispute form for MCS. The “Formulario Para Radicacion de Querellas de Pago Puntual de Proveedores Participantes” (Form for Filing Complaints of Timely Payment for Participating Suppliers) has now been updated to the latest version.

EMR Encounters

  • SecureClaim has been updated to receive and process attachment documents included on EMR Encounters files. These documents will appear under the Documents tab of the EMR Encounters screen and will also be available upon claim conversion.

Bug Fixes

Claims

  • Fixed an issue causing duplicate claims to fail under some circumstances.
  • Fixed the required field mark (*) not appearing for the Referring Provider field in some instances.

Appointment Book

  • Fixed an issue that caused a server error when trying to apply a patient payment from the Appointment Book.

Various

  • Font colors have been improved to make disabled fields easier to read. When fields are greyed out, the text has been adjusted to allow greater contrast and better readability.

Claims Tracking

  • Fixed an issue that caused claims to not have Ready to Send checkmark selected in Claims Tracking after saving for Firefox users.

Payer Payments

  • Fixed an issue where deleted payer payment were still generating alerts for check number duplication.
