Bug Fixes
Claims Tracking
- Fixed an error where the columns of the Claims Tracking module had incorrect sizes and could not be adjusted manually causing the horizontal scrollbar to be larger than usual. By applying this fix, the Claims Tracking columns will return to their default values. This means that users who had personalized column displays will lose those changes, and they will need to repeat their personalization to set the columns back to the desired view.
- All Claims Tracking columns configuration will return to their default size.
- All columns added or removed by the user will return to their default configuration.
- Columns preferences can be restored manually by the user and will stay as configured going forward. Below is a quick overview of how to adjust columns in the Claims Tracking results to personalize your view.
- To personalize which informational columns show, click on the “three dot” menu to the right of any column (see image) a menu will display with all available columns. Checked columns will display, and unchecked columns will be hidden. Use this to add columns you prefer to see, or remove columns you do not need.

2. To personalize the size of the columns, hover your mouse over the middle of two columns until you see the column resize cursor
. Click and hold the mouse and drag the column border to make it larger or smaller as desired. Release the mouse button when the column reaches the desired size.

Audit Report
- The Claims Audit Report now shows the correct information when a Work Queue filter is applied. There were previous reports that clicking on one of the Work Queue filters (such as Rejected, For Review, etc.) and then navigating to Claim Audit > Audit Report was not generating Audit Reports with the displayed information. This has been updated and corrected with this fix.
