Improvements
Claims Posting
- We are now offering auto-posting of balanced claims. This will allow claims with 0.00 Net balance to be moved to Balance/Finalized state and Claim Status of Paid. It also includes the ability to roll back single claims without rolling back the whole check or otherwise work a single claim individually, even when they’re grouped together as a single payment on the payer side. This feature is available for all customers.
Dental Providers
- When printing an Oral Exam Certificate of the Puerto Rico Health Department from the patient profile’s Print section, the certificate now automatically includes the Dentist’s License Number.
- The Dental Chart options have been updated for dental providers to allow you to select specific SV Lines when printing treatment plans. This allows you to print only the lines you want on your patient’s instructions.

Patient Record
- When adding a patient insurance ID card via Upload button, the system now displays all file types, not just .pdf files when searching for the scanned picture to upload.
- In the Patient Record History tab, the Claim History export has been updated to be easier to read. When you download the patient’s claim history as an Excel file, the formatting has been changed. It is now better organized which allows you to identify the information you need more quickly.
- In the Patient Record History tab, we have made updates to the Appointment History record. A new column for appointment type has been added, allowing you to see appointment type for a patient over time.
Appointments and Recall Reminders
- The Edit Appointment Book page has been updated with a reminder on how to format Electronic Reminders. The reminder includes character limits for email and SMS messages, as well as the available commands to include information like @APPDATE (date and time of the appointment) and @APPDAY (day of the appointment) shortcuts.

- The Recall Reminders section of the Application Settings page has also been updated with text similar to what appears in the Edit Appointment Book page. The new text includes character limits for email and SMS messages, as well as the available command to include information like @RECALLDATE (date and time of the appointment) shortcut.

Bug Fixes
EMR Encounters
- Fixed an issue where EMR ID was disappearing from patient record when Convert to Claim button was clicked.
Dental Pre-Authorizations
- Fixed an issue where Pre-authorization validations were showing in error for patients with both Medical and Dental insurance on file. Error was occurring when Medical Plan required pre-authorization, but Dental plan did not.
Claims Tracking
- Fixed an issue where the claim selector check box columns were not visible to allow the user to select claims.
