Highlights

  • Updated options on the Aging by Business Line Summarized Report gives you more ways to view your business line data. A new checkbox allows you to see data in the report organized by office rather than provider.
  • Add Plan Fees more easily with the new Save & New functionality. You can now add Plan Fees without closing and reopening and having to choose the Plan Deductible / Business Line each time. 
  • Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.

Improvements

Reports

  • The Aging by Business Line Summarized Report has been updated with a new checkbox to give a different report view. The Include Provider checkbox is checked by default, when checked will show the report as normal. If you uncheck the box, it will no longer divide business lines by provider, instead giving a whole-office summary of the claims.

  • The reports have a 2 new Date Range options, This Year and Last Year. These options allow you to configure the reports to show results for the current year or last year. Choosing these options help reduce error messages and streamlines your annual reports with shorter loading times.

Payer Payments

  • We have added a Finalize button to the payment submission. This helps the system to process payments more easily without timing out. This update helps reduces error messages and streamlines your payment submission process.

Plan Fees

  • A new button has been added to the Add Plan Fees window. The Save & New button allows you to save a plan fee, and then open a new one with the deductible and business line information retained. This allows you to work more quickly and with fewer clicks when you are adding a series of new plan fees.

Bug Fixes

Edit Patient

  • In the Add Patient Payment screen, we have disabled the MRN lookup to prevent accidentally opening the lookup screen for a new patient when applying a patient payment.

Edit Patient

  • In the Edit Patient screen, the Office Information and the Patient Balances are now updated immediately when we apply a Patient Payment.
