Highlights
- SecureClaim is still looking for ways to help you by including more audit entries! You can view and get a printout of the patient’s demographic notes.
- You can see the patient’s balance in a quick view! Now, you can view the patient’s balance information in the patient management grid.
IMPROVEMENTS
Front Office
- Information about the patient’s balance available in the Patient management grid.
- Now, can be able to see and print the demographicPatient Notes log.
Claim Center
- Credit balance information will be available only during the creation of Patient Payment.
FIXES
Front Office
- Patient Plan field shows the plan 1 as default in the creation of an appointment.
Claim Center
- The claim history will not show a print action if the print was not processed successfully.
- Only Encounters that have a match will be marked as duplicates.
- The duplicate claim status will be displayed as blank.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
