IMPROVEMENTS
Claim Center
- The Place of Service column name in the Claim Tracking were renamed as POS.
• The payment screen was modified to increase the user experience.
- The Place of Service column was implemented in the Payment Details grid of the payment.
- Now the EOP’s can be printed one for each claim.
- You can now be able to bill to secondary plan a claim from the Actions button in the payment.
FIXES
Claim Center
- You can now print claims in batch of more than 40 from Claim Tracking.
- The drag and drop of diagnostics functionality in the claim have been improved. Now, can moved the diagnosis around of the Selected Diagnosis box.
- After updating the policy number in the EMR Encounter Discrepancy Alert, the information is populating in the correct fields.
Log In
- Now the password change will be made in the synchronization process, after being edited.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
