IMPROVEMENTS
Claim Center
You will now be able to see the service line number in the claims.
Back Office
- In the Business Lines configuration, the new dental billing form ADA 2019 original/copy is included, and the ADA 2016 form original/copy has been removed.
FIXES
Front Office
- Service Provider Report show the data accordingly with the search date data.
- Duplicate patient appointments will not be displayed in the patient search.
Claim Center
- You can now print claims in batch of more than 40 from Claim Tracking.
Back Office
- Appointment book color configuration will remain after editing any application settings.
Others
- The duplicate validation from the eligibility, EMR Encounter & EMR Discrepancy Alert are showing as expected.
- Now, the Service Date across the application for claims on the day after the daylight time change is displayed correctly.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
