IMPROVEMENTS
Claim Center
- Modifiers and tooth’s info into where added when printing the Patient Invoice and the Patient Payment.
- Now, to see all diagnosis list in the diagnosis look up screen just need to click on Search without entering any data.
Analytics
- Production vs Payment Summary report now include the patient count. Also, a filter to remove the Patient Responsibility amount from the report.
- Production Business Line Summary reportcan be filter by facility. Also, the claim count was added in the report.
- Now you can see when exporting all Graphical reports, a header with information from the report’s filters and in the footer the date and time stamp of the report export.
FIXES
Claim Center
- Now, the Service Date in Claim Tracking for claims on the day after the time change is displayed correctly.
- Fixed check status changing to Balanced or Balanced/Finalized after B2 rule is applied.
Analytics
- You no longer see a validation message when editing a Template when the user has not made any changes.
Customer Access (Biller Edition)
- Dispute Queue Management grid is showing the correct data after accessing from the Dispute Customer Access link.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
