Highlights
- You got a new Task and that reminds you about some others that are yet to be completed. Don’t worry, it happens to all of us, now, clicking in a new Task alert will bring the list of all pending to be completed Tasks.
- SecureClaim continues looking for ways to help you improve your office productivity! We have added the Task creation option to more areas in the application.
- Does the patient have a secondary plan? What is the deductible? If you have these questions, the answers are available in the Patient Management grid.
IMPROVEMENTS
Front Office
- Now, in the Patient Management you can see the patient deductible amount as well as the patient secondary insurance in the grid, without having to open the patient record.
- The Patient balance information is now available above the execution buttons in the demographic and appointment screens.
- New Tasks can be created from the patient demographic screen.
Claim Center
- The option to create Task is now available from the Service Details and Claim Info screen on the check (payer payment). Notice that the check number will be associated with the task.
Others
- The Task notifications become more efficient, now when clicking the notification, if there is more than one, it will show the module already filtered.
- The Save button was replaced with submit button and Close button is removed in Change Password screen. If you do not want to make any changes and close the screen, you just must click on the X icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
