Highlights

  • SecureClaim continue looking for ways to help you improve productivity! To avoid extra typing, now the patient charge value will be auto populated in the patient payment amount field when creating a patient payment from the claim screen. 
  • Will you like to be aware of patients outstanding balances when creating appointments or when reviewing the patient demographic information? SecureClaim brings you the solution! If that’s your case, there is a new pop-up alert that can be enabled to show up only when the patient has an outstanding balance. 

IMPROVEMENTS

Claim Center

  • Patient Balance info is displayed in the Claims and Patient Payments.
  • When registering Patient Payments from the claim screen, the application will automatically populate the patient charge amount in the patient payment amount field of the patient payment module.

Back Office

  • We have disabled the modification of users, usernames. This will not be possible anymore. Now the user picture can be taken or uploaded to the User record. Personalize it!

Analytics

  • Columns sorting on Report Builder will be retained after a report creation. Also, will show the sorting after exporting.

Others

  • The new Patient Balance pop-up notification is implemented for the Patient Record, Appointment & Restorative Chart modules. To activate this new feature, it must be selected in the General tab of the application settings section.
  • Security: We have performed some changes related to the change passwords functionalities for the users:
    • Whenever an administrator changes a user password, the next time that user logs in the application, it will be prompted to create a new password of their own creation.
    • The minimum criterions for new password creations were added to the new user record screen and the Change password screen as reference.

General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
