IMPROVEMENTS

Front Office

  • The Appointment Search columns are resizable now.

Claim Center

  • The patient diagnosis history was added to the Professional & Dental claims. Now you can select the Dx from the list and add it into the claim.
  • The application allows you to change in batch some CH Status (Ready to Send, Accepted, Rejected, None or Duplicate) for the claims in the Claim Tracking, if the Batch CH Status Change role is active.
  • In accordance with some payers’ rules, we have removed the validation for the POA for Institutional claims. The field is still needed for some payers but is not mandatory in SecureClaim anymore.
  • In the Payment Tracking, a new search criteria/filter was added in the advanced search area, named; “Show unread payments”. When selected only payments that have not being opened yet will remain in the grid.
  • The corrected patient’s name and member number according to the payer, were added into the EOP Report (Explanation of Payment). This information is limited to the payer and will be available under the patient’s name and member number.
  • New settings were created to allow the management of the Super Bills, based on your needs now you can choose to make required on the Super Bill, to have procedures, diagnostics and/or attachments. To enable these validations, go to Settings/General.

Back Office

  • We have removed the “autocomplete” functionality from the code field of the group options for Plan Fees. Instead the application will perform the search based on values that starts with the same keyed in characters in the field.
  • Now, you can configure to see the Business Lines Notes to see them when creating claims.

Analytics

  • We have added a new option that will allow the print of the patient’s statements of accounts, including only claims with open balances. This new option is available when hovering the mouse over the Print option of the SOA module and also, it is available from the patient record.
