Version Highlights

  • SecureClaim continues to improve, helping you maintain security controls! Can’t void a claim without adding a reason. 
  • SecureClaim continues to help you improve up searches! Now, you can search for claims by date of service in the Claim Tracking. 
  • Do you need to know the exact age of a patient to perform a procedure? We got your back! Now you can see the patient age in years, months and days. 
  • Dentist, control your fees settings! More selections were included. 
  • SecureClaim helps you minimize monetary losses by not submitting claims on time! It shows you a column in Claim Tracking with the aging for submission. 

IMPROVEMENTS

Front Office 

  • Now, can see all the performed eligibility request on the grid by default. To remove the read ones, open the advanced search and un-select the option. 

Claim Center 

  • A new search field was added in the Claim Tracking advanced search section to allow to search by Service Date. 
  • The Claims Notes Log, can also be accessed through an icon that was added beside the Local Notes field inside the claim. 
  • A new column was added to the Claims Tracking, the column name is Due On and will let you know based on the claim service date the remaining time for the claim to be submitted to the payer. The accuracy of the value will depend on the Business Line, Timely Filing registered value. If you don’t want to see the new column, just hide it, the browser will save your preferences and it will not show the next time you access the Claims Tracking. 
  • Now you can select if you want to see or hide the columns Audited & Categories in the Claims Tracking, allowing you to use that space for more relevant information. 

 Back Office 

  • A new selection was included in the Dental Plan Fees, “Allow Electronic Charges Updates”. 

General

  • Age calculation (yr, mo, days) was implemented around the application, next to the DOB (headers, Tooltips, Labels, etc.). 

FIXES

Front Office

  • We fix the issue, in the patient insurance history, where the old patient health insurance information was not visible. 

Claim Center 

  • Now, you can re-enter the same ADA Code previously used in a claim, after it has been edited. 
  • The EOP’s (Explanation of Payments) can be printed in batch in the dispute process.
