Version Highlights
- How do I identify claims audited and/or with notes? SecureClaim simplifies your life! Just click on the column titles.
- We continue protecting the doctor-patient relationship! Now, the patient will see the financial adjustment on the payment receipt.
- Do you need to print the 277 Payer Claim Status report to send with the adjustment? Don’t worry, SecureClaim is here! It can be printed from the Claim Tracking or Claim history.
IMPROVEMENTS
Claim Center
- The ability of printing the 277 Payer Claim Status report, was implemented, from the Claim History and Claim Tracking.
- The ordering functionality was added to the Audited & Notes column in Claim Tracking.
- On the receiving of payer payments, we have added a new process that will make sure the CH Status in the claim on is updated to Paid regardless the current status except for Ready to Send.
- The actions for an associate Task, were included in the claim history in separate lines.
- In the claim screen the CCDA & visit reports are now available when converted from an EMR Encounter. (If Available)
- Now, the Patient Payment and Patient Invoice will show a new field that will reflect the patient payment adjustments (Courtesy/Loss).
General
- User Interface Enhancements were done to all modules that allows the attachments of documents in SecureClaim, they will all behave the same. This enhancement will be released in more than one update. In this update the changes were implemented in the following modules:
- Claims
- Super Bills
- EMR Encounters
FIXES
Front Office
- The sorting functionality of the Creation Date and Printed Date columns, was fixed in the Print Queue.
Claim Center
- Now, you can change the Rendering Provider for claims that have been already transmitted.
