Highlights
- As part of ongoing efforts to optimize the platform and improve the user experience, significant enhancements have been implemented across multiple areas of the system. These updates include the reconciliation area, reports, among others.
- Note: It is recommended to regularly clear your browser cache to improve the overall performance of the system. This action also helps ensure that files from recent or pending versions are downloaded correctly, making sure that implemented changes are properly reflected in the application.
Improvements
Diagnostic History – Institutional Claim
- The patient record was updated so that the History tab displays all diagnoses, including admission diagnoses. Now, all diagnoses present in institutional claims are visible.
Modifier Codes – Reconciliation
- A new column was added to the Service Details and Claim Info screen to display modifier codes. These codes will only appear if they are received in an Electronic Remittance Advice (835) file, regardless of whether the original claim included modifiers. If the check is converted from electronic to manual, the modifiers will remain; however, if the claim is disassociated from the check and re-included in reconciliation, they will no longer be displayed.
Auto-Finalized Identifier – Reconciliation
- When the Enable Payment Auto Finalization option is enabled and a check is automatically finalized, an icon will appear in the Additional Info column on the reconciliation screen to indicate that the check was auto finalized.
Fixes
Discrepancy – Reports
- The discrepancy between the Claim Payments Tracking and Aging Reports has been corrected. Both reports now use the same logic to display consistent and accurate information.
