Payer Payments
- Updated the Plan de Salud Menonitas dispute form to their latest version
to maintain compatibility with the payer and facilitate the submission of disputes.
Main Menu
- A new hyperlink labeled ‘Forms’ has been added to the Support Area, allowing users to easily access the Inmediata Forms page. This link will be located below the Chat Support link.
Eligibility
- The required fields for the Plan de Socios Auxilio Mutuo payer eligibility request have been updated. The required fields for the eligibility requirements now are: Provider, Policy, DOB.
Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where eligibility responses would give a Parsing Failed Error under some circumstances. Eligibility responses will now show the correct message responses.
