Highlights
- Upgrades have been made to Reports. An improved look to Parameters popup makes setting filters and parameters on your report better than ever. The Analytics reports have received multiple improvements, designed to streamline functionality, reduce printer resource usage, and give the reporting suite a fresh, modern look.
- Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.
Improvements
Reports
- Changes have been made to Reports for an improved user experience. The Parameters popup which allows you to set the various conditions on a report has been updated with a new look. Fields and filters remain the same overall, however we have updated the organization of the page and replaced checkboxes with on/off toggles.

- The reports have been updated with a fresh, modern design, featuring brighter colors for column headers instead of black to help conserve printer resources. All reports now display the SecureClaim logo at the top and the Inmediata logo at the bottom.

- Additionally, to facilitate auditing, reports that contain patient details have been updated so that the patient’s name and MRN are split into two columns. Now Patient Name and MRN are separated giving you the option to sort and filter by MRN in Excel exports.
- The report preview window has been upgraded with a redesigned user interface, making it easier for users to find and use the controls efficiently.

- You can now print reports directly from the preview window, with the ability to choose from multiple options before finalizing the print.


Daily Activity Report
- The Daily Activity Report has been updated with separation between Patient Name and MRN. These are now separate fields, which help facilitate search or audit for specific patient data.
- The report Parameters and the printed report have been updated with a new look.


Payer Payments
- The Humana dispute form has been updated in the SecureClaim system to match the new form released by this payer.
Application Settings
- Updated the organization of Application Settings to consolidate settings associated with the Scheduler. These options have been moved to the Appt. Books tab.

Bug Fixes
Scheduler
- Fixed an issue where the printed reports of the Appointment book did not include the patient’s email, phone number, and policy number.
Patient Record
- Fixed an issue with the PVAC3 2020 and PVAC2 2021 vaccine labels which were displaying in an incorrect order. These should now be displayed appropriately.
Eligibility
- Fixed an issue with eligibility responses which was sometimes causing an error response.
