- Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.

Notifications
- A Notifications Center has been added to Healthway. A bell-shaped Notification icon has been added. It is located next to the Ideas Center lightbulb icon in the top banner of Healthway. If you have new/unseen notifications, there will be a green dot on the notification icon, and when you hover over it you will see the number of new notifications.
- When you click on the icon the Notification Center will display on the right side. It will show notifications ordered from newest to oldest. Notifications include important software information such as maintenance notices and updates. For administrators, notifications can also include information on the status of employee accounts or invitations.
