Highlights
- The HIPAA/Insurance tab in the Patient Record has been updated with a new icon to show plan deductible information quickly without having to move to a new lookup.
- In the Payer Payments screen a search bar was added. Now you can search for individual claims within a large payer payment with ease.
- Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.
Improvements
Payer Payments
- Search functionality has been added to the Payer Payments screen. This will allow you to search for specific claims in the payment with greater ease.
- Medicare Part B/FCSO dispute form has been updated to the latest version. This will facilitate your requests for adjustment reviews.
- Triple-S Medicare Advantage Dispute form font size for Comments has been reduced to allow more text to fit in the box.
- DOB has been added to the Service Details and Claim Info window header. This will allow easier review of the patient being worked on.
Dental Claim
- The Patient MRN has been added to Item Box 23 of the ADA form. This will allow better review and tracking of these forms when patients have similar names.
Patient Record
- We have added an icon to display Plan Deductibles in the HIPAA/Insurance tab in the patient profile. This allows you to see plan deductible details without leaving the profile to look up the plan/business line. Hover over the button to see the Tooltip or click to open the Edit Plan Deductibles popup window.
Claims Tracking
- The Cover Sheet report now has a footer with the total number of claims, and the service charge total (dollar amount). This allows you to get an easier overall review of the claims report.
- A POS dropdown list has been added to the Claims Tracking advanced search. This allows you to search claims by POS for auditing purposes.
Reports
- Payer Claim Notes (277) have been added to the Payer Claim Status Report so that you can more easily see the payer exception/rejection notes.
- The Production by Provider Detailed report has been updated to include a Usual Charge column. This allows comparison between the usual charge and the Payer Amount and/or Total Billed amount.
- The Appointment by Status report has been updated with the internal notes from the appointments to give a fuller picture of appointment specifics.
Bug Fixes
Patient Record
- Fixed a validation error that appeared when the patient record had an Eligibility Request attachment in Documents Tab and the user tried to add claim or save.
Payer Payment
- Fixed an issue that caused errors when rolling back large payer payments.
- Fixed an issue causing users to be logged out when using certain Adjustment Reason Codes.
- Fixed an issue where the dispute forms were not generated on some occasions.
Reports
- Production vs. Payments report was generating without a name and header information; this has been fixed.
Others
- Fixed some UI issues in claims that made some fields appear out of place.
