Improvements
Claims
- Multi-select of combos has been added to the Add Combo function when creating a claim. This allows you to add multiple sets of commonly grouped procedures so that you can complete the claim quickly and accurately.

- A right-click menu has also been added to claims. Right-click on the claim number hyperlink to view a menu. Menu options include Print, Duplicate Claim, Add Patient Payment, and Add Task.

A new option will allow you to duplicate the last claim for a patient. This allows you to quickly create a claim when a patient is coming in for the same type of visit/treatment on a regular basis.

Payer Payments
- Dispute forms for Professional, Dental, and Institutional claims have been updated to match updates for the payer Triple S. This helps to make sure you are using the latest forms, to help avoid errors or delays when disputing claims.
Fees
- The Save & New button which was created for Claim/Plan Fees in the last update has been improved. It is now automatically disabled when it is not applicable. This includes when using fee estimators, when the configure fee window is open, and when invoked from claims.
Bug Fixes
Claims
- Fixed an error where claims paid by the patient were remaining in Partially Paid status in error when multiple patient payments were used to fulfill the claim balance.
Printing
- Some customers were still receiving 504 errors when printing large batches of 835s. We have updated the process that allows these large print jobs to print in the background to prevent timeout errors. These EOPs will be sent to the Print Queue and the user will be notified when they are ready to print.
