Highlights

  • Two new reports now available! Submitted Claims Summary Report and Submitted Claims Detail Report. Keep closer track of claims reporting using one or both of these easy-to-generate reports.
  • Avoid duplicating patient records. Patient Management has been upgraded to help you check for duplicates by using the New Eligibility Request functionality from Patient Management. No more moving between modules to verify Patient’s Eligibility!
  • Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.

Improvements

Patient Management

  • The Patient Management system is now even better with the new Request Eligibility functionality! Avoid duplication of work, or other issues that may result from having multiple patient records for the same individual.
  • The new functionality in Patient Management now allows you to check new patient input against existing patient profiles. You can click on the Request Eligibility button and input patient information to check for existing patient records.

  • When you input new patient information in the Add Patient screen, the system will check Name, DOB and gender against existing patient records and will notify if there is a possible duplication of records.

Reports

  • New reports to help you track claims history. Submitted Claims Summary Report (for Biller Edition) and Submitted Claims Detail Report (for Providers) are now available in the Reports tab.

For Providers:

Biller Edition:

  • The feature allows you to generate a report of all claims transmitted to Inmediata over the selected date range. The reporting period can be customized by inputting your desired date range or by selecting a pre-set date range (past 7 days, past 30 days, etc.) from the date range dropdown.

  • The Submitted Claims Summary Report is available for Biller Edition. It provides summary details of all claims submitted over the requested time period.

  • The Submitted Claims Details Report allows you to generate a detailed list of claims. This new report provides specific details for each claim submitted during the time period. This includes the claim number, service and transmission dates, etc. The report organizes the claims by office/provider for an easy way to see how claims compare for each location.
