Highlights

  • Improved scheduling experience. Updates in this version improve the scheduling experience for front office workers by fixing a pop-up message error and allowing you to turn on the ability for staff to adjust appointment types for past appointments.
  • New feature for Biller Edition customers! The Provider Overview report allows you to generate a professional set of reports for each provider with only a few clicks.
  • Note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache. This will improve performance. It also helps to download any pending version files.

IMPROVEMENTS

Biller Edition

  • Need to provide a professional and comprehensive set of reports for all your providers?  Good news! Provider Overview Report now lets you generate multiple reports bundled into a single document.

  • The Provider Overview Report has a professional cover sheet, colorful charts and clear data that can be generated with a few clicks. Generate impact for your customers with professional grade reports!

Patient Record

  • The SecureClaim system has been updated tobetter recognize an Inactive Plan Deductible and allow private payment from any claims tab.

Scheduler

  • Need office staff to be able to adjust the reason for a patient visit after it has occurred? You can now change appointment Type for past-dated appointments. A new checkbox in the Roles Management screen allows you to turn editing past appointment types on or off.

Printing

  • Printing large numbers of claims or cover sheets? SecureClaim has updated the printing process to run in the background. This improvement will allow you to print large numbers of claims/cover sheets with fewer errors and less downtime.
  • If you are selecting more than twenty-five (25) claims/cover sheets to print you will see the following message: Claims report generation is in progress. You will be notified when completed to download or print report from Print Queue Module.

  • Forms will be sent to the Print Queue which will run in the background. When report is complete, a notification will display: Claim report generation is completed. Click here to open Print Queue module and print the report.

  • Once this report is ready, click the notification text, or navigate to Front Office > Tools > Print Queue. The print job will be named Multiple Claims [number of claims printed] [part number]. If you have printed over fifty (50) items, the print job will be split into two parts to help avoid printing errors. For example, if you print 75 claims you will see the print job listed as Multiple Claims 50 (Part 1) and Multiple Claims 25 (Part 2)

  • In the Type field, you will see whether the print job was Claims or Claim Coversheets.

BUG FIXES

Scheduler

  • Previously, some customers were reporting an alert for Blocked Time firing incorrectly. The issue has been resolved and now this alert will only fire if you are trying to make an appointment during holidays, after-hours, or other blocked time.

Claims

  • Changes are now reflected in Claim after editing a patient record from the View Patient button.

Payer Payments

  • Minor bug fix for the Print 835 which occasionally caused an empty report.
  • Minor bug fix to add all selected claims to Payer Payments.
  • Added validation to Paid in Full claims where the Balance field is greater than the Check Amount field.
