Highlights:

  • Want to repeat the last procedures used for a patient but don’t want to find and duplicate a claim each time? Not anymore! We added the functionality to pull the last used procedures in the next claim!
  • SecureClaim helps you to be more productive by saving you time!  Forgot a patient you worked on before? We added a Recent menu that will show a list of patients you used during the day in Patient Management. No more what was that patient called?
  • Must edit or create many Plan Fees one by one? Not Fear! We added the ability to Create and Update multiple Plan fees at the same time.

General note: It is recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.

IMPROVEMENTS

Front Office

  • Added Recent Patient dropdown in Patient Management to show the last Patients used in the application.

Back Office

  • You can now Create and Update multiple Plan Fees at the same time.
  • Added a Role Permission under Appointments to control the ability to Send Reminders to users.

Claim Center

  • Now can Pull the Procedure Codes that were used in previous Claim.
  • Added Save and New Status claims to the For Review Work Queue in Claims Tracking.
  • Removed Claims with Paid status from the For Review Work Queue in Claims Tracking.
  • Improved the look and feel of the Acknowledgement Report print.

FIXES

Claim Center

  • Renamed the Select button options in Claim Tracking to make them easier to understand their functions.
  • Referral Number fields can now have up to 50 characters.
