Highlights
- SecureClaim continues looking ways to help you improve the work quality! Now, you can view general claims notes from the patient’s demographic claim history.
- Your time is valuable! Therefore, more duplication validations were included when creating a new patient, to avoid double entry or double effort.
- SecureClaim helps you minimize billing errors! Now, the hospitalization dates will open according to the claims service date.
IMPROVEMENTS
Front Office
- The word Private is showing for existing patients without Insurance in the Business Line column on the Scheduler Print Lists.
- Search by patient’s phone number was added as a criterion in Appointment Search.
- More duplicate validation was added when creating a patient. Now. Last Name, Name, Sex and DOB field will be validated before saving the patient.
- General claim notes were added within the claim history columns in the Patient Demographic.
Claim Center
- The POS (Place of Service) code is implemented in the Claim Tracking grid.
- The Hospitalization dates related to current services date opens according to the Claim Service date.
FIXES
Claim Center
- Now can see the dispute flag icon on the Claim Tracking, when the claim is dispute from the flag icon in the Payer Payment grid.
Dental Center
- Restorative chart screen main checkbox is getting selected on selecting all the service lines individually.
- Pending treatment plan report is opening and showing the information.
Analytics
- Now, you can see in the SOA screen the records for the claim created with patient without address.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
