- You will see the patient alerts in a single window pop-up.
- Now, you can set the service lines pointers on the claim to auto complete with the information from the previous claim when you press Pull diagnosis.
IMPROVEMENTS
Claim Center
- The diagnostic pointer on the claim is now auto populated when clicking Pull diagnosis, if the Copy Dx pointers option is enable in the Business Line.
- The notes alert pop-up windows in the claim were consolidated to a single pop-up window for: Patients, Plan Deductible and Business Line.

Analytics
- The Patient By Business Line or Payer and without Plan report was improved to show accurate data.
- Now in Report Builder you can create reports using the same parameter more than once for values with multiple selections.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
