Highlights
- Secure Claim at the vanguard with the audit processes! More details were added to the Aging by BL – Detailed report.
- To continue supporting the user needs to create their own reports in SecureClaim! Now, you can select the patient Reminder Method as a report filter.
- The patient insurance company changed but the policy number remains the same? No issues, now you can configure the same policy number for multiples plans.
IMPROVEMENTS
Front Office
- The validation that prevented to set the same policy number to more than 1 Plan in the patient record (Patient Management) was removed.
Claim Center
- The payment adjustment form (dispute) for Molina were updated.
Back Office
- Was implemented Facility 02 (Telehealth) in the system with the information from the default provider. Note: If the facility information is different from that configured at the provider, you must create a new facility.
- Now, you can set the fields “Hospitalization dates related to current services” as mandatory fields for professional claims, this can be set in the facilities screen.
Analytics
- • Units and Diagnostic list were added to the Aging by BL – Detailed Report. Diagnostic list will only be available when exporting to excel.
- • In the Report Builder, the patient Reminder Method was added as parameters.
FIXES
Claim Center
- Now, can print the dispute form from the reconciliation after a procedure code is edited in the claim.
Analytics
- The report, Claims waiting for Payment from Business Line by Procedure
- Summary was improved to show accurate data.
General note: It’s recommended to regularly clean or clear the browser cache, this will improve the performance. Also, it helps to download any pending version files.
