Highlights

IMPROVEMENTS
Front Office
- Search by patient’s phone number was added as a search filter in Patient Management.
Claim Center
- Validations were added after claim has been duplicated or edited.
- Now, you will be able to search by claim number in the Payer Payment Tracking. It will allow you to see the list of payer payments associated to the selected claim.
Back Office
- We have removed the “autocomplete” functionality from the code field of the group options for Plan Fees. Instead the application will perform the search based on values that starts with the same keyed in characters in the field.
- Now, you can configure to see the Business Lines Notes to see them when creating claims.
Analytics
- We have added a new option that will allow the print of the patient’s statements of accounts, including only claims with open balances. This new option is available when hovering the mouse over the Print option of the SOA module and also, it is available from the patient record.
FIXES
Front Office
- Policy No. search filter was fixed on Patient Management Screen.
- Issue that was preventing the deletion of Fee Estimators and Collection letters from the patient documents section of the Patient Record was fixed.
Claim Center
- Now, decimal values can be use in the quantity field to report NDC’s for Professional Claims.
