Version: 2.0.119
Release Date: 11/06/25
Highlights
- As part of ongoing efforts to optimize the platform and improve the user experience, significant enhancements have been implemented across multiple areas of the system. These updates include the account statement, patient payment report, among others.
- Note: It is recommended to regularly clear your browser cache to improve the overall performance of the system. This action also helps ensure that files from recent or pending versions are downloaded correctly, making sure that implemented changes are properly reflected in the application.
Improvements
Statement of Account Update
- The Statement of Account report has undergone a complete redesign to centralize and organize information, significantly improving its visual presentation.
- A previously identified issue, where removing the provider’s email address also removed their phone number, has been resolved. Additionally, new elements have been added, such as the patient’s plan, specific details, and applied credits.
- In the previous version of the report, data was grouped by provider. In this new version, claims will be displayed with their respective details, without grouping. The report will also include payments made by patients, payments from insurers, and any adjustments that have been made.

Report Update – Claims Waiting for Payment from Patients
- In the Claims Waiting for Payment from Patients – Detailed report screen, new parameters have been added, including the check date. Additional columns now display the procedure description; the Patient Charge column has been repositioned, and a new column showing the date of the last check has been incorporated.
- Previously, when exporting the report to Excel, if there was more than one service line, the total claim charge was repeated on each line. From now on, the total charge will only appear once per service line, avoiding duplication and making the report easier to read.

Dispute Form Update – MCS (Pago Puntual)
- MCS has requested that the ICN (Internal Control Number) of the claim be included in Field 9 of the dispute form (Pago Puntual). In response, the dispute form has been updated to automatically display the corresponding ICN in that field.

Fixes
Claim Balance Update
- Within the claim template, charges were not updated when modifications were made. This behavior has now been corrected, and claim charges are properly reflected in real time as changes are made.
Dispute Form Correction – MMM
- A problem affecting the MMM dispute form has been corrected. Previously, when selecting more than five claims, the system would include all of them in a single form, even though the form only had space for five. This issue has now been resolved, and claims are properly distributed according to the form’s capacity.
