Improvements
Report Update – Collections
- Adjustments were implemented in multiple columns of the Production vs Payments Detailed report, with several modifications specifically targeting Private claims. These changes aim to enhance the report’s clarity and level of detail. Additionally, the report layout was optimized for better visualization when exported to PDF and/or Excel, facilitating easier analysis and presentation.
Report Update – Custom Report Viewer
- In Step 3 of the Custom Report, conditions were implemented for date-type fields, allowing users to select from multiple predefined ranges. This enhancement enables more precise and efficient data filtering.
Report Update – Collections
- Several columns in the Production vs Payments Summary report, were renamed to more clearly and accurately represent information related to charges and payments for Private claims.
Form Update – Oral Exam Certificate (MAY 2025)
- The Certificado de Examen Oral form from the Puerto Rico Department of Health has been updated to comply with the government requirements established for students returning to school.
Fixes
Dispute Form Correction – MMM Multihealth
- An issue affecting the printing of the dispute form, which prevented all selected claims and their service lines from being displayed, has been resolved. Following the implementation of the fix, the form now correctly reflects all required information.
Inclusion of New Patient Data in Reports – Scheduler Agenda
- Reports from the Scheduler module now include additional information for new patients, such as the medical record number (MRN), policy number, and other relevant data.
Format Adjustment – Aging Report
- The margins of the detailed aging report for patient-responsible claims were adjusted to allow for better organization of information both horizontally and vertically. This improvement ensures that all relevant data is displayed clearly, completely, and in an optimized format for easier reading.
