Claims Tracking
Claim Audit Report
- A new field for Submitted Date has been added to the Claim Audit Report, making it easier to track when each claim was originally submitted.
Reports
Adjustments in Reconciliation Report
- Report can now include Not Finalized Payments. A new Additional Option named Show Not Finalized Payments is added to report parameters. This adjustment allows for more comprehensive tracking of payments, including those that are still pending finalization.
Production by Business Lines – Summary
- The Production by Business Lines – Summary Report now includes Patient Charge information, giving a clearer picture of patient financial responsibility.
Submitted Claim Details
- The Submitted Claim Details report now includes details of Payer Charge and Patient Charge, offering a more detailed overview of the claim’s financials.
