Version Highlights
- I have to create an appointment for a New Patient and I don’t have the insurance information… SecureClaim brings you the solution! Select the option that disable the required values to request the eligibility.
IMPROVEMENTS
Front Office
- The option to disable the mandatory fields required to perform an eligibility request for that specific payer for the creation of the appointments to new patients, was implemented.
- Now in the Print Queue, the records will be available for 30 days from the date sent to the module. Also, the check boxes were changed to the left side of the screen.
Claim Center
- In the Professional form, the characters for the address in box 32 (Service Facility) & 33 (Billing Provider) were increased and can show until three address lines.
Back office
- Place of Service (POS) # 2 Telehealth, was added.
FIXES
Front Office
- Creating claims for ACAA from the patient module or appointment book, will display the diagnosis type as ICD-10.
Claim Center
- The sorting functionality was fixed in Patient Payment Tracking for Payment Date, Creation Date & Close Date columns.
- The EOPs (Explanation of Payments) can be printed in batch.
- The payment adjustment form (dispute) for Molina, MMM/PMC professional & Dental were updated.
