Highlights
- Several minor improvements include adding additional details on private pay patient income to Production by Business Line reports.

Reports
- Production by Business Line – Summary report has been updated to include monetary amounts of private pay patients.
Claim Forms
- 1500 forms have been updated to include the original claim number in all forms (Copy, Original, and version), rather than the Claim Number + MRN combination used previously in certain instances. This will help claims and Payer payments to be matched in the system with greater accuracy.
EMR Encounters
- In the EMR Encounter History Tab we have added the ability for a file hyperlink to display for the HL7. This allows you to see the raw HL7 data for encounter which can be downloaded as an xml file.
Bug Fixes
Biller Edition/Claims Tracking
- Rectified an issue in Claims Tracking when the Biller Account Cut Off Date was mistakenly set to a future date. The system has been updated to prevent the selection of future dates for the Cut Off date.
Claims
- Fixed an issue where the Save Options popup was not showing correct options when duplicating a claim.
- Fixed an issue where the system was counting voided claims as duplicated creating an incorrect alert.
Reports
- Fixed an issue in the Production v. Payments Summary causing a defect if the Private Payer only was selected. This issue has been resolved for both the Summary and Detail views of the report.
Payer Payments Corrected an error in the claims printing process when users chose specific claims from a filtered list by Claim Status. The issue has been fixed and claims now print 835 according to your selection.
